It is not advisable to use Fluticasone during an asthma attack. Instead, your doctor will prescribe a short-acting inhaler to be used during such attacks.Fluticasone is effective in managing asthma symptoms; however, it does not provide a cure for the condition. You may notice an improvement in your symptoms within 24 hours of initiating treatment with Fluticasone, but it could take up to two weeks or more to experience the complete benefits of the medication.
